• Published since 1949,  Montage documents teen life at California Area High School. The annual remains a favorite today, providing the student body with memories of today and (often amusing) clues to the history of their families.

The book is produced using the Jostens, Inc. web-based digital design program, YearbookAvenue. Students and family members are encouraged to share their photographs detailing student life. Bring images to the high school library, send an email to philliipsk@calsd.org, visit the High School homepage for a current link to our image upload site or just search for the app on Google Play.  We can also scan paper photographs in the library.

The Montage staff appreciates the tremendous support and generous underwriting provided by the CASD School Board and our administrators. It is our goal to become self-sustaining. The students are learning that advertising and fundraising projects are important components that help to keep Montage affordable.

Our fall delivery, all-color, hardcover book is published by Jostens. Order your copy online by visiting www.jostens.com, where you may also learn details for ordering by telephone or mail.. Links to the sales site are also found on our school website. Or, bring a check, money or cash to the library, where you'll find an order form to complete.

We appreciate advertising support from communities, businesses, families, and friends. Call Mrs. Bennett in the library for details. Our prices are quite reasonable.

Pre-ordering is very important because we print fewer than five extra copies of the book.

Montage appreciates donations of old yearbooks to help complete and augment our archives, which are housed in the high school library. The California Area Historical Society retains a very complete collection. Many editions are available for view at the California Area Public Library as well.
